If you are a gym regular, surely on more than one occasion you have seen or used training belts, especially in the free weight area. This type of sports belts utensil has its defenders and its detractors, because if a few years ago, training belts were practically mandatory and each gym client had their own, over time, they have been investigated and they have been discarded, except in athletes with injuries, to facilitate their return to training.
